Evidence Page

This is a summary of the evidence that the Great Invitation is a supernatural witness of Jesus. Below are short chapter descriptions with links to Wikipedia pages and relevant Bible chapters. Touch or click our links to connect the dots!

We will produce circumstantial evidence that:

  1. There is a spiritual war between good and evil in the unseen world (heaven) influencing human choices on earth.

  2. An army of angels has been working throughout history to influence human choices in this spiritual battle.

  3. God is sovereign over evil in the unseen world. Our Great Invitation reveals how this reality sometimes breaks through in the physical (seen) world. In our case, this happens through a series of non-repeatable date and number coincidences.

  4. The story of The Passion of The Christ is the weapon used by God to reveal who has already won the battle of good versus evil in heaven (the unseen world). This is a major theme in the Bible, especially in the Book of Revelation.

PRESENTATION OF FACTS

THE FACTS PART 1: THE PREMISE

PREMININARY FACTS

  • The Great Invitation started with five numbers that honored the author’s 10th wedding anniversary. It happened to fall on Good Friday, April 10, 2009.

  • The numbers were picked using significant dates in the authors marriage: September 8th (9/8), December 14th (12/14) and December 20th (12/20). Most of the significant events in the Great Invitation are connected to 9/8 and 12/14. The 20 comes into play by itself.

  • These dates were originally chosen to honor birth and marriage, two of the three most sacred experiences in people’s lives.

  • Death, of course, is the other (third) sacred experience. This is where our number 20 comes into play, The author predicted, through words and actions, that his five numbers would reveal themselves as prophetic on 4/10/2009. It didn’t happen! But after 1343 days of waiting, on 12/14/2012, the Great Invitation became prophetic in an unexpected way. On December 14, 2012 a tragic event shocked America. It’s a tragedy we intend to turn into a love story.

OUR FIVE PROPHETIC NUMBERS IN A NICE BASKET OF EASTER EGGS

  • Jacob was named Israel after he wrestled with God. Rebekah was Jacob’s mother and Isaac his father. Rebekah was barren and could not bear a child for Isaac. But miraculously, she became pregnant. How many years did Rebekah and Isaac have to wait, after they were married, before their child Jacob was born? Remember, Jacob became the nation of Israel - the biblical “Children of God.” Hint: See 👑Genesis 25👑.

  • 📜Biblical meaning of 20📜

OUR CHOCOLATE EASTER BUNNIES TO GO WITH YOUR EASTER EGGS

  • The Book of Revelation multiplies symbolic numbers for meaning so in 👑Revelation 7👑, the 12 tribes of Israel each have 12,000 people. So 12 X12,000 = 144,000 is a symbol for All of God’s People.

  • In The Great Invitation, we will use 9 X 8 = 72 to symbolize Finality/Judgement(9) and Jesus(8). Jesus judges evil. But Jesus judges because he loves. In other words, Jesus judges because He wants you to choose love!

  • Since 8 is the number of Jesus, you can also think of our wedding invitation as the GR8 INVITATION!

  • 📜The number 72📜 is significant in many religions. We like how it brings all religions together!

  • 12-14-20 = These three numbers together represent the choice of love and light (through a wedding invitation) or the choice of darkness and evil resulting in unnecessary human tragedy, pain and loss.

Why these three numbers represent darkness as a choice, in this prophetic experience, will only become clear at the end of our facts presentation in THE FACTS PART 7: A TRAGEDY BECOMES A LOVE STORY.

  • Here is the meaning of 12, 14 and 20 individually based on biblical numerology.

    12 - All of God’s People…

    📜 Biblical meaning of 12📜

14 - Will receive complete confirmation of the gift of salvation by the heir to David’s throne…

    📜Biblical meaning of 14📜

    20 - The confirmation will be a perfect waiting period (See 👑Daniel 12👑: 1335 days + 8).

THE FACTS PART 2: FOUR APPEARANCES OF JESUS

THE JESUS DREAM THAT BECAME A MOVIE

📜Anne Catherine Emmerich📜 was a Catholic Saint who reportedly bore the stigmata (wounds of Christ). Ann Catherine lived in Germany around the turn of the 19th century. Toward the end of her life, she also had visions of the last 12 hours of Jesus’ life (14 Stations of the cross). These visions were documented by romantic poet Clemons Brentano. After visiting with Anne, Clemons and Anne connected on a deep, spiritual level. Their connection was reinforced by a remarkable birthday coincidence. Brentano thought that Anne Catherine was so spiritually gifted that he believed she was the Bride of Christ. In 1833, he published Emmerich’s Jesus dreams in a book called The Dolorous Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ. This book was used as the primary source material for the screenplay of Mel Gibson’s 📜The Passion of The Christ📜. It was a Jesus dream that broke the box office record for an R rated movie when it was released in the Easter season of 2004.

THE DEFINING MOMENT OF CHRIST’S PASSION

My House Is A House Of Prayer… For All Peoples (Isaiah 56:7)

The quote above is on a sign that’s displayed at the Western Wall in Jerusalem. The “Wailing Wall” is the only structure remaining of the Second Temple. The temple is the focus of prayer for Jews today, as it was when Jesus lived.

The Second Temple in Jerusalem was the center of Israel’s national identity and religious life. The temple was the dwelling place of God. It was where sacrifices for forgiveness of sins happened. And every year, thousands of pilgrims gathered at Jerusalem’s holy temple to celebrate the Passover.

In 30AD, Jesus went to Jerusalem for the Passover. But He was not interested in celebration. Jesus shockingly pronounced condemnation and judgement on the sacred temple. For a Jew, this was heresy of the highest order. It was this heresy regarding the temple in Jerusalem that lead directly to Jesus’ arrest, torcher, crucifixion and resurrection.

The Gospels document Jesus’ offenses that angered the Jewish high priests:

  1. Jesus drove out the “money changers” from the temple court who were buying and selling doves.

  2. Jesus proclaimed throughout his ministry that He (not sacrifices at the temple) could forgive sins.

  3. Jesus proclaimed he could destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days.

Before Jesus died, he gave his most famous speech in Jerusalem on the Mount of Olives overlooking the vast temple complex. It’s referred to by theologians as the Olivet Discourse. In it, Jesus predicted that the Second Temple in Jerusalem, as well as the city, would be destroyed in a generation.

This apocalyptic prophecy by Jesus was fulfilled, amazingly, 40 years later (one generation) in 70AD when the Roman army led by General Titus destroyed the holy temple.

📜On what date did the holy city of Jerusalem fall to the Roman army in the year 70AD📜?.

The 📜Preterist view📜 of the second coming of Jesus holds that Jesus returned with the destruction of Jerusalem in 70AD.

With this piece of evidence, The Great Invitation provides modern-day evidence to support a Partial Preterist view. Jesus didn’t return entirely in 70AD but he could be well on his way IF enough people accept our invitation!

Remember that 9 represents finality and judgement in biblical numerology while 8 is the number of Jesus.

Jesus has to return to judge evil. As you can see, our evidence works here on multiple levels!

MARTYRDOM OF A SHAKER

Mother Ann Lee was the leader of an American religious movement in the late 1700s called the United Society of Believers in Christ’s Second Appearing also known as the Shakers. Mother Ann, with eight of her followers, migrated from Manchester, England in 1774. The Shakers were different than the religious sect they grew out of, the Quakers, in their pursuit of celibacy both inside and outside marriage. It’s a belief that eventually resulted in their extinction. But not before this unique religious movement grow to over 4,000 and spread as far west as Kentucky.

In England, Mother Ann Lee became well known for preaching her belief in the immanent second coming of Christ. Like Anne Catherine Emmerich, she also had many visionary experiences of Christ and received messages from God.

Ann Lee was so spiritually gifted, her followers believed SHE was Christ returned in female form! This belief was not why the Shakers were persecuted though.

What landed Mother Ann and her followers in trouble was the way in which they would purify themselves from sin with a unique confession. It involved dancing, shouting and shaking uncontrollably. This is how the United Society of Believers in Christ's Second Appearing became the “Shakers.” As a result, Mother Ann and her followers were imprisoned multiple times in England.

When the Shakers migrated to America they did not escape persecution. They became targets of mob violence, not only because of their strange religious beliefs. In Revolutionary America, their belief in pacifism was interpreted as treason by many colonial Americans who were in the middle of a war for independence.

Mother Ann suffered violence more than once at the hands of angry mobs. As a result, she become very frail at an early age and died prematurely due to serious injuries suffered in these violent attacks.

We have a woman who was spiritually gifted like Jesus, radically followed Jesus’ teachings, spread the Gospel message to thousands of followers and suffered and died prematurely because of it. This is a case of extreme Christian martyrdom!

📜On what date did Mother Ann Lee die as a Christian martyr📜?
